If we are, hop into the live stream, let us know what you’ve just ordered and our team will unbox it for you on the spot! If we're not live, we’ll ship the product to you unopened, so you can enjoy the unboxing experience.

Please note: We can only unbox your item live on the same day it’s purchased. For example, if you buy a product on Thursday but join the stream on Friday, we won’t be able to open it live, as the item will have already been shipped.
